Our knowledgeable and compassionate staff is offering support. Join our “Friends and Family” Group. Topics include but are not limited to:

· Recognizing and Managing Symptoms & Disruptive Behaviors
· Maintaining Hope in Face of Challenge
· Rebuilding Trust/Restoring Relationships
· Boundary Setting
· 12 Step Philosophy
· Self-Care
Substance use and mental health issues impact the individual, their family/support network, the workplace, and the community. Together we can be a healing and restorative presence for those experiencing substance use and/or mental health issues, and for one another.

TIME: 6:00 pm-7:00 pm
WHO: Adults impacted by a friend or family member’s substance use or
mental health issues.
